Down payment assistance

The City of Montgomery's Capital City Champions Home Down Payment Assistance program offers up to $10,000 toward down payment and closing costs for eligible public servants buying a home inside Montgomery city limits. Eligibility, required homebuyer counseling and the application are set and managed by the City.
